My soulfelt congratulations on your engagement and upcoming nuptials! This is always a very exciting time for couples and every moment should be cherished.

As a form of introduction, my name is Alma Rose Middleton and I live in beautiful Santa Barbara, California. I am happily married to the most wonderful man in the world as you soon will too (or wife). I can truly speak from my own experience that marital bliss does exist...my husband (and love of my life) being my biggest inspiration for my work in wedding celebrancy.

I am a non-denominational certified wedding Celebrant/Officiant & Minister from the Celebrant Foundation & Institute in New Jersey and very proud to acknowledge that I am one of only 400 certified celebrants in the entire U.S.

As a celebrant, you learn to create unique rites of passage personalized ceremonies through rituals and creativity. For example, some of my signature rituals and ceremonies are where I use real seashells to pour from in the unity sand ceremony (not glass containers), the sand dollar ceremony, arch of hands ritual, first dance on the sand, pearl ceremony, "green" wedding which encompasses all natural and green props. Most importantly, the stress free concept by designing all-inclusive wedding packages that will alleviate the stresses of planning a wedding. You just show up looking beautiful and I do the rest.

I do not discriminate against any faiths, cultures or lifestyles. I am fluent in Spanish and will be happy to conduct your wedding ceremony in a bilingual manner.

My specialty are beachside weddings on our beautiful Santa Barbara coastline along with wine country weddings in our enchanting Santa Ynez Valley. Whether your ceremony is formal or informal, I will be more than happy to pronounce you husband and wife in other areas of Santa Barbara, Santa Ynez, Ojai, Ventura and Los Angeles counties.

I promise to bring “to the table” almost two decades of service in the wedding industry. My extensive experience started in wedding make-up artistry, then floral design, as event coordinator and now as a wedding celebrant/officiant.

I will be happy to suggest wedding locations that are free of charge in the Santa Barbara area (more savings). For example, the outside perimeters of our historic courthouse with stunning sunken gardens. Last and not least, as a Notary Public, I will be delighted to issue your marriage license and notarize the accompanying paperwork to relieve you of the burden of having to go to the county clerk’s office to obtain your own.
