• Officiant - Delivers a joyful, customized ceremony at a Santa Barbara beach. 

• Wedding Planner - Guidance with selecting the best beach location and optimum time of day for your ceremony. Tides and sunset hour are key factors when planning a beach wedding. Assistance with booking the ceremony site. Scheduled planning meeting, one hour in person, by phone, or Zoom. Provides wedding ceremony timeline. Supplies preferred vendor list with best recommendations for dining, wedding cakes, accommodations, makeup/hair services, transportation, activities, and video.

• Wedding Coordinator -  Works closely with you and your guests on the day of wedding. Ensures that the ceremony receives personal attention, is memorable and flows flawlessly. Supervises event staff, set up, decor install, and breakdown.

• Professional Photographer - Captures the memorable moments of your special day for up to two hours.  Edited photos to share with family and friends. Delivered via a digital transfer.

• Professional Event Staff - Delivers event equipment, sets up/breakdowns chairs,  assists with decor install, operates speaker system, supervises foot traffic during ceremony, assures cleanliness of site.

• 2 Post Bamboo Arbor - Draped with flowing chiffon fabric, embellished with two floral arrangements in whites and off whites. Aisle runner with rose petals completes the picture. Please note that specific flowers/designs/colors can be accommodated and will incur an additional charge.

• Bridal Bouquet and matching Boutonniere - Exquisite floral design using the freshest seasonal flowers in whites and off whites. Hand tied with a quality satin ribbon.  Specific flower/design/color can be accommodated and will incur an additional charge. Bridal Bouquet Photos

• Unity Sand Ceremony - Set on an exquisitely decorated ceremonial table, wedding couple pours layers of white and colored sand into a heart shape keepsake container.

• Signage - Hand lettered chalkboard sign with your names and wedding date. Choice of one novelty wooden beach sign.

• Guest Welcome Table - Six foot table with linens, decor, ice bucket with 30 assorted drinks.

• Chairs - White padded resin chairs for 20 guests. Decor for every other aisle chair.  Bows on every other chair in back row. 

• Audio System & Music - Microphone & speaker for officiant, 30 minutes music of background music. Client selects 3 songs: processional, recessional, and a song for first dance on the beach. You choose 3 songs from Spotify and we take care of the download.

• $7200.00 tax inc.

• Site Fees - The site fee is not included in the package. Some beach locations require a permit and fee which will be the the responsibility of the client.  Weddings by the Sea provides advice on the best site for your beach wedding and can obtain a permit on your behalf.
