Affectionately known as the American Riviera, the mild mediterranean climate and South facing coastline make for a sun drenched city with year round flowering gardens, ideal for a Santa Barbara Garden Wedding

 

Say your vows in one of the City’s lush, sub-tropical gardens.  There are many beautiful venues to choose from;  both on private estates and in public gardens.  This package is designed for 20 people, but can be expanded to accommodate more guests.  Please contact us for further details

  • Officiant - Delivers a joyful, customized ceremony a garden location of your choice. 

  • Wedding Planner - Guidance with selecting the best location for your garden wedding and the optimum time of day for your ceremony. Assistance with booking the ceremony site. Scheduled planning meeting, one hour in person, by phone, or Zoom. Provides wedding ceremony timeline. Supplies preferred vendor list with best recommendations for dining, wedding cakes, accommodations, makeup/hair services, transportation, activities, and video.

  • Wedding Coordinator -  Works closely with you and your guests on the day of wedding. Ensures that the ceremony receives personal attention, is memorable and flows flawlessly. Supervises event staff, set up, decor install, and breakdown.

  • Professional Photographer - Captures the memorable moments of your special day for up to two hours.  Edited photos to share with family and friends. Delivered via a digital transfer.

  • Professional Event Staff - Delivers event equipment, sets up/breakdown chairs,  assists with decor install,  operates speaker system, supervises foot traffic during ceremony, assures cleanliness of site.

  • 4 Post Birchwood Arbor - Embellished with greenery and fresh flowers and in whites and off whites. Please note that specific floral design/color requests can be accommodated and will incur an additional charge

  • Bridal Bouquet and matching Boutonniere - Exquisite floral design using the freshest seasonal flowers in whites and off whites. Hand tied with a quality satin ribbon.  Specific flower/design requests can be accommodated and will incur an additional charge. Bridal Bouquet Photos

  • Chairs - White padded resin chairs for 20 guests. Decor for every other aisle chair.  Bows/decor on every other chair in back row.

  • Signage - Printed sign on decorative easel with your names and wedding date.

  • Guest Welcome Table - Six foot table with linens, decor, umbrella with stand, 30 assorted beverages

  • Audio System & Music - Microphone & speaker for officiant, 30 minutes music of background music, 3 songs: processional, recessional, and first dance. You choose 3 songs from Spotify and we take care of the download.

  • $6700.00 tax inc.

    Permits (where required) most locations will require a permit and fee which will be the the responsibility of the client.  Weddings by the Sea provides advice on the best site for your garden wedding and can assist with obtaining a permit on your behalf.
